New Workshop on Espresso Techniques

I’m excited to share that we’re organizing a workshop focused on advanced espresso techniques! It’s happening next Saturday at the local community center, and I’m hoping to see some familiar faces. If you’re looking to refine your skills or just connect with fellow coffee enthusiasts, this will be a great opportunity. Let me know if you’re interested.

I’m really looking forward to the workshop next Saturday! I remember the first time I tried to dial in an espresso shot; it drove me nuts trying to balance the grind size and brew time. One tip I picked up is to always check the temperature of your group head before pulling a shot — making sure it’s around 200°F can really help.

, espresso dialing can be such a pain — i remember getting frustrated with the grind size too; sometimes just a slight tweak can make all the difference. Maybe we can compare our approaches next Saturday.

I’ve found that experimenting with the water temperature can really improve the flavor profile of your shots; just a couple degrees can change how those oils extract. Can’t wait to swap tips with everyone at the workshop — maybe we can dive deeper into this.
