Narrow spout for sharper tulips

I switched to a 12oz WPM with a 0.9mm spout last week and my 6oz tulips got razor-clean, but I’m fighting flow on fast rosettas — anyone found a sweet-spot pitcher that keeps definition without slowing the 8–10am rush? Bonus if it lets me hold the cup lower so guests at the bar can watch the last heart bloom; the show is half the tip.

Fellow Eddy 12oz sped my rosettas vs 0.9mm; longer spout = lower pour for the show. https://fellowproducts.com/products/eddy-steam-pitcher.

For the 8–10 rush I swap my 12oz WPM 0.9mm for the Barista Hustle 12oz; the longer, slimmer beak lets me lower the cup and still get clean 6oz tulips while rosettas run faster. Only caveat: the thinner steel heats fast, so I steam a touch cooler to keep ‘the show is half the tip’ moment crisp. Want a quick side-by-side video to see if that beak angle fixes your flow fight?
